Had an important package shipped as a priority delivery. Didn’t get it after 2 and a half weeks. Never got a notice and it got shipped back to the sender. Absolutely horrible service

I always go to this post office and they always deliver great service. Anybody who is going to complain about the wait times has unrealistic expectations. I’ve never been to a post office in a major city that consistently has super short wait times. Even the post office on Evans in Scottsdale has a slightly larger staff, but their lines are really long too. It is what it is and they move along pretty quickly and they are always courteous and helpful

Had to write a review for this location after the great experience I had with Jason and with our local carrier, Halley, in finding a lost package quickly. I called this location, and a REAL PERSON picked up the phone (Jason). I explained that ebay had shipped me a package with no unit number, and it was marked "delivered" but never arrived to me. He was determined to find it, never giving up. He contacted Halley and her team, and she actually came out to look around and see what happened. Turns out, one of my neighbors picked it up, and was in the process of returning it to the Boulder Station! There are honest people left in this world...and also great postal people. Thank you Jason and Halley!
