(Interesting that I posted this three days ago and since they have a five star review posted...Wow. Prior reviewers only have one review and it's for this organization.)I looked up the company to see what was new at the firm as former employee. All the glowing reviews on glassdoor and indeed seem like there is possible censoring so this maybe the platform.I'm guessing its the same place it was ten years ago with plus or minus 200 employees due to regular layoffs. More employees outgoing than incoming was the norm.Coworkers and team mates some days were the only reason I drove in, that and a paycheck. Inadequate systems and they like to blame employee's instead of looking in the mirror.

I am really disappointed with this company. They make it almost impossible for you to get your money out. I do not recommend anybody doing business with them. Their customer support is horrible and useless.

I have worked at Sentinel for over a year and couldn't be happier to be at a place that's devoted to helping people become more educated and empowered both financially and in the healthcare space. Also, having a retirement plan at Sentinel compared to my previous employee is such a level up! Between the low cost fund options and the user-friendliness of the website I couldn't be more satisfied with their platform and technology. All the educational tools they provide with no solicitation is so helpful to have as well as access to planners willing to help.

They stand by their motto in that they really do care about how they can help...whether it be encouraging me to save more for retirement or guiding me in which health plan is best for my family, their experts are here to help me sort through some of life's toughest decisions.

Now they add a onetime pin, what is wrong with the “secret question”? I do not want to give my cell number out anymore and what I am in a dead zone. Why can I not chose the security measures I want to use? Finally sometime from now after they have done everything to lock me out of my account, they will send me a message about how they have been hacked and my information has been stolen. They are not working the right problem!
