Tried to book an interview, ended up having a family related issue and wanted to re-book at a later date but didn't want to talk on the phone due to being a sensitive time. Couldn't change the booking online and attempted to reschedule but it didn't work. They have the logs of this and I can even show the emails of me attempting to do so.But they just decided to throw away my entire account, don't care about my situation or the reasons for why anything occurred and were pretty rude about it in response stating that they have a 24 hour booking cancellation system and that they refuse to help me. Despite me having proof of the attempt to change the booking.Have yet to meet someone who has anything positive to say about them in person.
