The location is convient. However, they are overpriced and not expedient. The staff is abrupt and rude. They do an ok job with the return but do not help to ensure all possible deductions are taken by requesting the appropriate paperwork. They will rush you and be disrespectful if you dare question or ask for explanations (even if clarification regarding agreement they make you sign, there exact words when asked if I call them regarding potential errors was "you don't have to but Jesus if you want to you can Jesus, hurry I have other customers") .If you have a simple return and know all about exactly what you need, want to pay an arm and a leg and wait weeks on end for it to be completed they are your service.
