I put my resume in 2 months ago I then took a assessment test for 2 and half hrs they said they had work for a company called Covance. I waited for 2 months I called every week checking in they kept telling me that Covance hadn't got back to me yet. Then finally I asked to speak with the head person in the office Maryanne. She told me they made a mistake and the job was in Maryland not San diego. After that I was threw being played by then. SEDONA STAFFING YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOE WASTING PWOPEO TIME.

I first worked with this agency back in 2014, and they were very good about providing me with consistent work. The jobs they sent me too were always great and provided me with valuable work experience that helped me obtain a career with the county. All of the staff is very friendly and encouraging. They were very attentive to my scheduling and work preferences. I worked with them again this past year in 2017 and the experience was even better. This time around I worked with a new staff member Marianne Godwin. She is so incredibly friendly and responsive to everyone's needs and concerns. She is great about keeping you up to date on assignments and checking in on your well being. I am so glad I chose to work with them again. It is because of my experiences gained through Sedona, that I achieved valuable work skills. I have been consistently impressed with their professional service. I highly recommend signing with Sedona. Everyone is friendly and truly cares about helping guide people into permanent jobs. But even if you are just looking for temporary work they make sure to find the type of work that best suits your needs.

I have been discriminated by this agency giving me demands for ten references in September and then criticizing my resume being brief but to the point. The Representative refuses to submit my resume to any employer.

I happened to apply for a position with a large niche company. my person, agent, staffer? Did an awesome job, got me in, processed and an offer. . She was excellent. I have never heard from her again.

I have given this staffing company more chances than they deserve! The third and final time that I met with them at their office; I was left sitting in the lobby for 2 hours and 47 minutes despite the fact that I walked up to the front desk and spoke with the Receptionist 3 times to ask her how much longer did I need to wait. The fact of the matter was that they had completely forgot about my appointment, did not tell me that the young lady that scheduled my appointment no longer worked there anymore and that no one wanted to sit with me because it interfered with all of their other schedules. So they just flat out ignored me until I decided to just leave! That was the last draw for me!!!

Sedona mostly works with phoneware. Either agero which is roadside assistance if you get this go for it. Or time warner sales or cox cable sales. They'll get you in a job. My problem is they covered up my background check lied sending it to phoneware making it look clear. Mine is not. And that in fact lost me my job when I went to transfer to be a direct hire for the company. I was unaware of the fact that they lied on the background check. Or covered it up. If I knew I would have went along. This in the long run had cost me my job. I need to work. So if you end up leaving for any reason just know that Sedona doesn't really care to help you after you leave phoneware.

Misleading temp agency, Carla President for Sedona Staffing in Clairmont Mesa Blvd California will mislead you into accepting positions that will terminate you in a week. Carla will sell you the position by telling you Its a Multi Billion dollar company with high possibility to converting permanently and receiving benefits within a beautiful company. These are all lies except for the part of the company being beautiful and having a gym. None of this should be taken seriously even if you score grate on there pre-testing computer skills typing, word, excel spelling etc. as I did. Ohh you also don't access to the gym since your a temp.In my situation I resigned the current position I held with my past employer believing that I was moving to bigger and better as she mislead me. I was placed at a Company called Covance in La Jolla, California were they train you for a week and then test you on different sections of the curriculum. Depending on how you do they will move you to week two of training or Terminate you on the spot leaving you unemployed and in a worse situation prior to accepting the position.Covance is a Company contracted for a Pharmaceutical company called OtezlaPlus. Employees responsibilities are to receive phone calls answer questions in regards to Benefits verifications and report these medical issues in a 24 hour dead line. The program runs under a system called Sibal, this program is not difficult but rather confusing as every screen looks identical with information provided by millions of patients and providers, not something everyone can grasp in one week.The expectations are that you successfully learn all avenues and pockets from this system in a week since you on a dead line and will be terminated if you ask questions. The training is done by Powerpoint presentation and hands on training. If you decide to gamble with your employment and take the position remember not to ask questions or miss questions on the test, research the system prior to hire.If you fail as I did then you will be offered positions at 9 dollars an hour degrading you even more and making you feel worse prior to receiving the termination notice.I hope this is helpful to you as I don't wish this upon anyone, very unfair and unethical.

I missed the original call from a recruiter here and he didn't even bother to leave a voicemail. Called back 3MIN later and he was all of sudden in a meeting, tacky. And when I told the receptionist that he didnt leave a VM, she made it seem as if I was lying because its "standard procedures to leave a voice mail." So I left a voicemail 4 days go by and NOTHING at all. I wait for the weekend to blow over to call them back and my rep is now sick. Promised that he would call for sure Tomorrow it has now been 8 days and I've heard nothing... SUPER TACKY
