I had Screen Solutions re-screen my pool cage a few years back. After Irma hit I had 11 panels that tore at the seem. That isn't my issue. I called several times over a two month period explaining who I was and what I was looking for but never got a call back. To me that is terrible customer service

I called Mark came and did an estimate and never called me back...Left at least 4 messages with my phone number and even texted...never called or text back...very unrealiable!..
