After many years of consulting with various attorneys regarding the filing of a divorce, I was afraid to proceed feeling that there was little chance of working things out successfully because of the many complications involved. We used Scaringi Law in connection with the purchase of our home. Attorney Frank Mroczka and his paralegal, Megan Schilling, were excellent. We had an odd issue crop up and Attorney Mroczka expertly navigated us through it. We were very happy with the law firm and will be using their services in the future. It is very convenient to have a firm that offers services in many areas of the law, such as estate planning, real estate services, and tax!

I had been battling the State (Pa) for over 2 years over what my legal residence was for the last 2 months of 2014. The State was convinced, and ready to take an action, that I owed them state tax on $500k of income.When I knew that their inquiry was going to turn into a case I retained Scaringi. After some forensic work on me and my documentation, Scaringi presented the facts to the State in such a way that the State withdrew and closed the case in my favor. Thank you Scaringi , your tax practice is the best for handling local issues.I would not retain any body else for any future issues that may arise.

I contacted Scaring Law because I needed some advice about a car I had purchased through a well known Company in Hanover PA, The car was sold to me with a defect that could have caused serious damage to myself and those I Love ( GrandChildren ) not to mention others that were driving their own cars. The Advice that I received was very helpful and allowed me to settle without going to court. Thank You Scaring Law for your help and concern in my situation in my time of need. I was given a newer car and they took back the one with the defect to scrap or use for parts. Over the years I have used Scaringi and Scaringi Law for numerous different personal and business items, and have never had anything but positive experiences. Their staff and attorney's have been exceptional at communicating either in person, on the phone or via email. When trying to schedule around my hectic business schedule for consultations, and meetings they always find a time that was convenient for me. Always professional.

They flat out robbed me of $4,500 and put me on a worse situation than when I started. I was fighting for custody of my son. The first lawyer they gave me flat out lied and said she HAD to show up to a meeting by law, which she didn't. Then just sat there and does absolutely nothing that cost me a few hundred dollars. Then when I had to go to domestic relations the 2nd lawyer they assigned to me claimed he could help me pay less. So he came, and handed my ex ALL the paperwork I had given the law office, all the evidence and notes I had on her that would help me. And guess who paid $175/hr plus materials for this snake to make the copies?! This place is a scam and only rob you and make you need a lawyer even more. If I wanted to screw myself, I don't have to pay someone $4,500 to do it for me. I’d guess the only positive reviews are from people that work there or friends.
