Slow.....drop off my 90 year old mothers return to do March 13....still not done. They said it's in their review process....she only has social security and a pension....sound complicated??They've done her taxes for three years now require her drivers license and a piece of mail for identity??? Said it was IRS requirement...NOT...I checked the IRS WEBSITE. They know her identity.....very poor business practice and front desk was not very pleasant dealing with it....wouldn't return next year.
