I have always found filing of my taxes somewhat stressful, and I am happy to have them take care of it all for me! They have always been 100% accurate and I don't ever have to worry.

Saveway Tax Services is a phenomenal company to deal with. I moved out of province over 10 years ago and still have Joann file my returns. There is no one I trust more with my tax preparation and filing. If they don't have the answer to your questions, they take the time to research and make sure they provide the right answer. The process is simple, easy and straightforward with Saveway. To top it off, they are personable and always friendly.

Made a mistake on my tax return years prior and gave me too much money back. When they did my tax return the following year, I had to repay the large amount of money because of their mistake. Extremely unprofessional and had no explanation for their mistake. Stay away from this company. I did my entire families income tax online this year for free and it took me 30 minutes.

Worst service , the person who is handling the help desk calls has no idea what she is talking about or else she has no knowledge at all.She asked me to come after the deadline of tax submission and she is happily saying that i should pay the penalties to government. what kind of worst service it is. Also , she asked me to product T4A when i said i am self employed. what kind of dumb answer it is ?
