Found the site and registered. Called to follow up to see what the next steps where and the lady I spoke with told me I needed to register then call back. I told her that I had already registered again and needed to know what the next step was. Seems it was an inconvenience to talk to me. She told me I would have to speak with another lady and transferred me. No one was at the desk so I left a full message with my name and number for a call back. That was over a week ago. If someone is already stressed looking for a job, it’s pretty sad when an employment agency is unprofessional. I’ve lived in few states across the country and this is the worst experience I’ve had. It’s nice to have that extra helping hand when you move to a new area trying to find a job, but in this case I’d rather do it myself. And if you don’t want to do the job correctly that requires you to have customer service skills when dealing with the public, I’d suggest a different field.
