I know Saranto since 1997, when I realized that I needed help with a rare tax question that was obscure enough that no account in Suffolk county I contacted (around 15-20) knew how to handle. Saranto jumped to the opportunity to learn new things and showed highly professional attitude in this, that, as a scientist, I deeply appreciate. The issue was resolved, and I was sold to become a life long client. Saranto is a gold standard of an account: he is personable, quick, extremely intelligent, and has vast knowledge of tax laws and regulations. Every time the tax season comes I smile knowing that I will have another successful experience. I most enthusiastically recommend him!

Extremely condescending front staff. Disrespectful. Any question you have is a stupid question and you're always a bother to them. They say they'll have to call you back to find out something and let you know, or to make an appointment, and they never do. Don't waste your time.
