I had the privilege of working with Brock at Sanford when searching for my current job that I've been at for a 1 year and a half. Brock was very dedicated and really cared about what I wanted in a job and matching me up with my job and the right work culture which I love! Turned out to be a waste of time. Don't count on them to respond or follow-up when they say they will. From what I have heard, they've burned a lot of bridges. They fact that one of their own agents give themselves a 5 start review tells you everything you need to know.

They told me there were multiple positions open and that I was very qualified for. I didn’t hear from anyone for about a week and then they told me I should start pursuing something elsewhere. Not a very good experience.

I worked with Sara. She vetted a couple companies that she felt would be a good match, and didn't wait to hear back from the first company after I interviewed there before she scheduled me an interview at a second company. She was even awesome enough to answer an email I had sent her, from her phone, at 10:30 at night instead of waiting until the next day. (It wasn't even urgent!) Because they actually care about a good employment fit and they visit and research the companies they work with, I'm now working for a company that feels like a second family.

Their responses were always timely, and even helped me successfully counter the offer that came my way. Would recceommend them to anyone looking to further their career.
