I paid for a service that Ms. Pridemore did not fully complete, and when I reached out to her to address it she would not answer my emails or phone calls. Instead I had to speak with her receptionist, who was very rude, and who declined to send me my records. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Sandra as a CPA to use someone else. In my experience, she is very unreliable and unprofessional.

Although I can't speak for the competence of this firm, I can speak on their integrity. Last week three senior ladies, one being my mother, two of which have breathing & heart problems, parked in the poorly marked parking lot which this office shares with a restaurant next door. Instead of coming out to let them know that they parked in one of their spots, they instead watched them through the window and promptly called a tow service while they ate in the restaurant. When my mom and her friends went into the office to ask for help, they could only tell them to read the signs the proceeded to watch again through the windows laughing as these three ladies panicked. Fortunately the owner of Darrel's restaurant was kind enough to offer them a ride to pick their vehicle up in Nokomis. I don't know about anyone else but these are not the kind of people that I would ever want to do business with. We moved to Venice Island because everyone is so kind and friendly. Which one does NOT belong?!?!?!?.......................... IN REPLY TO THEIR COMMENT TO MY REVIEW ON FACEBOOK SINCE THEY BLOCKED ANY MORE RESPONSES ...your reply that my husband cursed and threatened you is interesting in that my husband is in no way even aware of this situation so I'm not sure who you encountered, but it seems that you have more than one person unhappy with your practices.......
