Their resume online looks good as they provide a wide range of services that seem to benefit small businesses (tax prep, quick books, cash flow management, etc.). They also have a good bench of support personnel that look like they could cover a variety of issues. As such, I was considering working with this group on accounting and tax prep matters, as I run my small business out of Fulshear where they are located. However, I called the office three times over a week attempting to schedule a meeting and got voicemail each time without a call back. Probably not a good fit for my business, as I need someone who will actually answer the phone.

Brenda has been incredibly helpful with our small business needs and questions (there are a lot!) and we have never felt like a bother to her. Nor has it ever felt like her answer was above our head. We really appreciate her patience and assistance with all of our tax and accounting questions as we try to grow our business.

I have been going to Brenda and Natalya here for quite some time now...they always have the best attitudes and are willing to help me with anything. From CPA services to Printing and mailings they never let me down . I won't go anywhere else!

Worst experience ever. I'm a new business owner and I told brenda I needed help with my taxes and getting started. She gave me the most vague directions aND seemed completely careless about helping me. Whenever I would have a question about something she acted like I'm stupid just because I didn't understand something? Horrible service! Will never use or recommend her to anyone!
