Poor communication with clients, slow service, did not pay attention to our business finances, caused our company a huge lump sum due for taxes unexpectedly due to inaccurate estimated payments. Cost me so much money and stress I had to move my business to a real accounting firm. After talking to several other local business owners, i discovered, i wasn't the only company that had received very poor service, and moved their business.
