This one star is for today's experience specifically. As another reviewer stated, the wait time for "non" appointment with the Assistance Department is ludicrous. I got there around 8:30am thinking by getting there early I wouldn't have to wait so long. Wrong. I waited over 2 hours and had to leave. I was told 45 minutes before I left that there were only 2 people in front of me. Do they only have ONE person working in that department? It was horrendous. Now I have to go back and do it all again when I have time to wait that long again. UGH!

Highly unprofessional was hung up on and they lie about what I put on my application.. I believe they all need to be replaced with new workers they have a very very bad attitude problem and zero people skills..

The level of disrespect and lack of knowledge in this place is ridiculous. They lost my paperwork and then decided to wait two days to submit my paperwork for my ebt card so i had to wait 4 extra days and then i get the card and i cant even activate the card because the incompetent woman put my birthday in wrong and i cant activate my card so now i am screwed yet again.

Horrible service. We waited for over 2 hours and when we got there there was may be 5 other people there we sat and watched as people came and went while I eat there with my 80 year grandma. Just horrible.

Horrible they lose paper work and process the paper work in late and make it seem like its your fault. Nothing ever gets done right the first time and don't bother trying to call ur not going to get threw no time soon. They have a lot of rude individuals that work there like sweet heart if it wasn't for the less fortunate you wouldn't have a job. They have everyone handling everybody case which mean you always get some one different. They must throw away all your paper work when you leave because when you come back your signing and explaining the same thing again.

Everytime you call no one answer. Today I called to help someone that had a question. No one answer so I insisted. When they answer the phone the only thing she said was "I DONT KNOW" and she hangs up. Thats not the type of way you treat someone. No one deserves to be treated that way. This type of person should not be working for walfare or any type of job that requires customer service. No one should be treated this way. No one is better than those who needs help. Everyone is the same. And for you who hang up on me or anyone else never think your not going to be needing any type of help. Your not better than anyone. I bet those who need the help have more education than you do. Thanks!!!
