We were searching for an accountant in the area and decided to go with Ralph based on his wonderful reviews. When I received an approximate quote, I felt it was higher than average and cancelled our appointment. He called me personally and persuaded me to keep the appointment. Once our taxes were completed, the invoice was for almost three times the original high amount. In his office, when I questioned the invoice, he started yelling making incorrect statements about my personal finances in front of other patrons. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. I regret using his service.
