Feedback:
Very poor Online support service, can take up to 30 minutes to evenget in the que to the online support. Even when you do get support its not very good and they cant answer your questions or as I found out on friday they just left me hanging online and didnt reply! Then this morning called recption to ask for the person responsible for the Online support and the lady couldnt tell me unless I had their name, therefore I couldnt speak to them!
