Employees be very cautious. This company will hire you and then decide to fire you with unjust cause. Do not work here. They may claim they recognize employees, but behind the scenes is much different. The owner does not handle company issues, but instead outsources to other employees. Pay is minimal. Very micromanaged company who does not answer for their actions and refuses to handle issues. Apply elsehwere. Do not waste time. Also, company’s considering using these services be very cautious. A company that cannot maintain a balanced work environment is no company to put money into. Stay far away. Recognize your employees with a company that has standards and morals.
