When my shower wouldn't turn off at midnight after a long day, and then my honey tried to "fix" it until 2am, I called every plumber around. Although they couldn't get someone out until the morning (nobody could), they were able to get here hours before the first plumber that responded could. Doc was professional, explained everything easily for me, and had it fixed within the hour of arriving. Hot shower up next!

On Friday afternoon we discovered a leaking pipe and had to shutoff the water to the house. RotoRooter was able to make it out and fix the leak in just a few hours.Marin (our plumbing expert) was amazing. He got here fast and identified the leak immediately. He also made some suggestions to get things dried out after the leak was fixed.

We had an overnight plumbing backup that sent us to a hotel for the night. Roto Rooter came the next morning and took care of everything. Customer service was top notch. Everyone was courteous and professional. Service was great. I'd definitely recommend them.

Absolutely Outstanding Work. Sergey came out within hours of our call, explained the situation, evaluated the valve, toilet and all of its components. He replaced the valve, gave us a quote on a replacement toilet and ultimately replaced the interior components for good measure. Very pleased with the whole experience!
