While looking for a job I met a guy that told me that there was a lady named Lisa looking for warehouse workers. I am a new immigrant to america so I was willing to take this kind of job and the guy told me she was desperate for workers. when I called and told her who told me about the job she said ok good come to my office and we will discuss the job, So I drove about an hour out to Imperial for her to look at me very surprisingly and tell me I need 6 months experience to be a warehouse worker. I wasn't even in the office for 10 minutes. So I called the guy and he said the lady just hired two of his other friends that have no experiences for that same job. So that leaves me no choice but to believe that Roth staffing or at least their hiring manager is RACISTS! Because I am a black man and the guy and his friends are Mexicans. She had basically promised me the job on the phone but once she met me in person she immediately flipped her switch. this was such a bad experience for me I feel that I didn't get fair chance or "equal opportunity"
