Quite possibly the most degrading client/vendor experience I have ever encountered in 50 years. After 16 years of patronizing this firm and paying top dollar to a tax preparer who wasn't even a certified CPA for most of those years, I had to find out through my own cognizance that the firm was discontinuing service to me because my ex-wife created a hissy fit for them by not signing Form 8332 last year. Put on your big girl panties and get over it already! No letter, no phone call, not even a simple email telling me they dropped me...nothing. Unbelievable! Not only did this firm inexcusably fail to notify me of their decision, but they explicitly stated last year they were dropping my ex-wife as a client due to her contentious behavior and keeping me. There's no value add to maintaining a longstanding business partnership with this misguided, unprofessional outfit. Run! If I could give Zero stars, I would.
