I have used Rose and her son dozens of times, over the years, and they have always been amazing! They are Pro's at maneuvering through the "red tape", extremely through and always friendly. Prices are more than fair. Will use them for years to come.

Unpleasant, but got the job done. I buy and sell vehicles for everyone in my family, 16 notaries in the last 3 years. Most notaries I meet are pleasant and helpful. I have enjoyed working with them. Rose's is different, more like going through the TSA. I've been there twice in the last couple years. First time, nicest thing I can say is she was curt and I assumed she was having a bad day. Last time it wasn't as nice ending in being plainly asked if I was able to pay the small fee or if I was going to rip her off and some misquoting of the law. Cash or check, no CC. Was asked to show her the money first.. so not sure about the checks.I drive by twice daily, it's never busy, so little to no wait. No special edition plates. Looks like they run some side scams like snow removal and "we buy junk cars"

Best notary around. Have used them 20+ times in the last few years and wouldn't go elsewhere! I have an AAA membership, but never got the level of customer service at AAA as I do at Rose's Notary.
