So worth the service fee to not deal with the BS at the DMV. Switched my car over today (7-1) and was the only person in there. Helpful, knowledgeable staff. Small mistake of misspelling my last name which I luckily caught about an hour later. Man on phone was polite and it is hopefully taken care of. Also, nostalgic. Recently came back to IL after 9 years. My now deceased dad "turned me on" to Romano's back in 2002 when I first started driving. Have dealt with both O'Fallon and Fairview locations in the past years ago. Keep on rockin'! DMV is for suckers! 😂
