I was walking to the store and 2 strange dogs ran up on me and grabbed me on the sidewalk. The owner screamed F.U. show me the blood. The dog swung on my coat when it bit at me. I had to have 2 injections in my arm that side effect can weaken bones. They took all the information from me I.D. and all agreed to take case then like 2 months later sent me a letter to find someone else. There was a police report proving all this. I would tell rest of story but I am afraid of attacked for being a whistle blower on the system.
