This firm has terrible customer service. They have an appointment system that they constantly don't. They're worst then the DMV you make an appointment and your still have to wait hours to be attended. They're tax preparation service is unbelievably mediocre and outrageously over priced. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.Esta empresa de servicios financieros y preparadores de taxes son terribles. Te hacen esperar una eternidad aun teniendo cita. Sus preparadores se equivocan y sus precios son carisimos. NO LOS RECOMIENDO! NO VAYAN!!
