Feedback:

We scheduled a meeting with them to discuss our company needs. We were not informed we would be charged a "consultation fee". After the meeting they sent us a bill for over $100. For some reason I decided, if they are going to do all of the work for our company, it's not a big deal. So I ended up choosing not to fight that battle and just paid it. Little did I know going forward they would be rude, disrespectful, belittling, and horrible with follow thru. Robert and Jolie were belittling and disrespectful. Jolie, upon hearing that we wanted to possibly discontinue service, told me that we weren't a priority and they didn't have time to help us because we were an annual client rather than a monthly.We were never offered any monthly service until that exact moment. My goal is to get a refund on the consultation fee that we were not informed about. I will gladly remove the review if I receive the fee back. So if you're reading this, they have yet to return the money.

Bobby and his staff are stellar when it comes to detail and making sure my personal and business needs are met. When you are looking for someone to take care of the little things in addition to the biggies, they have your back.

Mr. Palmer did not do my taxes himself but his employee convinced him that I was just complaining as I noticed several errors when reviewing the final product. I called and emailed with Mr. Palmer and let him know about the experience I had with his employee. Of course, I eventually starting receiving notices from IRS that there were issues with returns. I contacted Mr. Palmer and after a while he sent me a form to fill out so he could speak with IRS. I filled out form and returned promptly. He never followed up with IRS as promised. Mr. Palmer eventually acknowledged by email (years later) that there were mistakes made by his employer but only BECAUSE I fixed the issues directly and 3 years later. Of course, I made sure to share this information with him but still no apology. I had never in my life experienced such defensiveness over errors made by others and no acceptance of responsibility. I paid them to treat me this way and that really is what was so infuriating. Most companies would be more than happy to apologize and follow up but not this place -- they rather be right. This was not my error and I had to fix it myself. I was never reimbursed or given an apology. I'd still like a refund for my 2011 and 2012 taxes. If you decide to you this service, you MUST triple check the input because simple data input was an issue as the social security numbers were transposed as well. It's tax season and each year I think of this experience. I have a new accountant and happened to notice your rating was a 5. How is that possible? So here you go! Have a great day!
