I would highly recommend Uma Vaizers at RL Enterprise. If you are looking for a job that you'll love, she will do her best to find it. It takes quite a bit to impress me and yet, I am impressed. I started my job search in mid July 2018 and was contacted shortly thereafter. Uma thoroughly explained my options and found the perfect fit. She's great with keeping you in the loop throughout the hiring process. My first day with the new company is Monday. I'm very grateful for all she's done for me and have referred many friends.

I highly recommend anyone looking for a job to visit RL Enterprise Greenville office! They are very professional, and well organized. Ashley Burnett was awesome! I took a friend with me as well and after speaking with Ashley we both left with a job! Immediate start might I add!

Terry Ann Williams was my manager and on site supervisor.She was very helpful and I would recommend her if your looking for work.She reached out to me and communicated every step of the hiring and interview process step from beginning to end.She and RL Enterprise were also highly spoken of by the HR and company employees.

Uninformative, unprofessional and deceptive.I waited to give this review to see how they handled themselves fully. And to calm down so as not to sound "disgruntled" but to give a fair, comprehensive assessment to anyone else looking.First, I was not given an accurate job description, not even close. I am physically unable to handle the job I had applied for. I had directly asked Ashlee if the 50lb lifting requirement was a constant thing and she told me no to my face. I had explained that I could not manage that sort of work. Not only was it lifting constantly, but it was over my head at a very consistent rate. She knew this would be for 12 hours with 1 hour total break time. I was told later by one of the workers that the boxes get up to 70lbs at times. Looking at me one time it's clear I do not have that sort of upper body strength.Second, I still have not received my pay for the time I did work and it's been over 2 weeks since I had to walk out. I've heard no word back from them at all. The people at the plant where I went to work gave them NO respect when they heard I had come through them to work there, and they told me they had people go through very often that could not physically handle the job. To quote one gentleman, "That's how they get you." After explaining that the job description was completely false.To reference my tolerance - I worked until I could barely drive the car home, I thought I might have to call someone, I don't quit easy. 6 hours, 1 short break in the 4th. I'm familiar with hard, sweaty work as I've done labor work my whole life, not like this obviously.I hope this helps. If you're looking for a staffing company, move on. I wont go into depth on the general unprofessional atmosphere in their office because it's mainly my observation, but if you choose to go, keep it in mind. If you are already staffed through them, consider your situation could be better elsewhere.I tried to post an alert to this job on their facebook page where they advertised it, I explained what the real situation on the job was. What to actually expect. It was removed by the end of the day. There was also no way to tag their facebook account so I couldn't comment in my own account about it and link them. Just saying.**UPDATE** Looking through these reviews just now and I see someone tagged as the owner responding to each except mine? I wonder why not? My time and money was just as thoroughly wasted. I was also ignored so hard by the "spectacular" Ashle. I should have taken the clue in that moment that I was just a name to add to their list for them. I'm astounded by the polarized reviews, it's either 1 star (same problems as I had) or 5 stars touting how amazing they are. I refer you to my review title.

I was blessed to meet Cynthia Tolbert and i want to say thank you for being so professional and nice! I had a great experience with RL Enterprise!! Everyone was very professional and nice!! I would recommend RL to everyone that's looking for work! I can really say I was treated like a person and not a number!! So thanks for a great experience!

THE EASLEY OFFICE IS BAD. I PAID FOR MY OWN BACKGROUND AND DRUG TEST. I PASSED EVERYTHING. THEY SAID THEYD GET BACK TO ME. I CALLED LATER AND THEY ACT LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHO I AM. I WENT IN THE OFFICE A SECOND TIME. I TOOK DRUG TEST AND BACKGROUND CHECK IN THE OFFICE THIS TIME. I PASSED AGAIN. THEY SAID THEYD CALL. NOW THEY CALL ME ONCE EVERY TWO WEEKS WANTING ME TO COME APPLY FOR A JOB. I TELL THEM ALL OF THIS STUFF. ITS OK, WELL GET BACK TO YOU. 2 WEEKS GO BY AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING AND ACT LIKE THEYVE NEVER MET ME BEFORE!!! 2 BACKGROUNDS PASSED AND 2 DRUG TESTS PASSED AND STILL NO JOB. THE GREENVILLE OFFICE IS GREAT!!!! BUT EVERYTIME THE EASLEY OFFICE CALLS, ALL I HEAR IS THE LOONEY TOONS THEME SONG!!!..... FACTS!!!!!
