Being a local mortgage lender I get the true pleasure of working with many small to large local business owners for their personal home loan or refinance needs. It so deeply crushing when they work their tail off to build their business but bad bookkeeping and bad advice on personal pay make it appear they don't make anything personally and can't get the home they have been working so dang hard for.
