Some people can be skeptical about staffing agencies but this company is great and helped me out so much. I worked with Kerrie. She was very nice and made sure she was acting in the best of my interests all throughout the process. She helped me land a full time job in my desired field with a great company. Anyone searching for a job should definitely contact this company!

Very dogged and determined staff, willing to work with their clients to see them through their process of obtaining employment. Very good experience with this company. The entire staff was helpful and they found me a job instantly even though they say that is not usually the case. They even negotiated a good hourly wage for me. The company they placed me at was not the perfect scenario but it was good for experience sake and gave me the experience which will lead to future successes. Ignore the negative naysayers with their ridiculous comments and points to the owner to respond back with cold hard facts to call out these problem children for what they are. They have a specific geographic and positions that they need to fill. It works for many but not all like any place else. Bottom line is they are effective.

The candidates that came from RJ Staffing were the MOST qualified for the position. I tried a few other local staffing agencies and none of them compared. Shane truly understood what my firm needed.
