I have always been beyond satisfied with my service received from this office! Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful! In the past I have used another tax firm, and when I switched to R&J I had Tim go over 3 previous years' taxes. He found money for me from previous filing years, and I feel confident he continues to work to put me in the best possible position year after year regarding my taxes. I have and will continue to highly recommend this office!

Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!!! Never go there!!!! They are greedy lying scam artists!!!! They want to you pay $75 over the phone just to schedule an appointment. Then when you go in for your appointment they don't even do your taxes that day they tell you it will be 2 days. Then when you come back in 2 days they tell you it will be 2 weeks. And then when you ask for your $75 back they have you escorted by a cop. Lol. And they don't disclose any of this when they want you to pay $75. They just try and book as many appointments as they can so they can make as much money as they can and then just take their sweet time to do your taxes.

Utter rubbish service. Over priced for service rendered. SCAM. I pay an attorney for a way more involved tax return. And he only charges me 300. A hundred dollars for a simple tax return come on.

I've used R & J for 20+ years, they are the best in town with very reasonable rates. I saved my parents over $200 by switching them to R&J. Friendly & professional office staff are always helpful.
