Both Cathy and Jeff take the time to understand the culture of the company, the business needs, and the nuances needed for an individual to be successful. Right Recruiting isn’t shy about providing candid feedback on candidates, where we may be able to improve our process, and insight to best practices they have seen. They aren’t just about making the placement, rather making sure it is the right fit for all involved. High level of integrity and ability to find qualifies passive candidates – highly recommend.

Worst recruiting agency ever. Made blatantly false benefit claims unbeknownst to the hiring company, as well as incorrect job requirement information.

Right Recruiting does not return phone calls, or call back when promised. Works with companies who have poor reputations with their employees as shown on glassdoor and indeed employer reviews. Do not recommend.
