Paid for a consultation on July 8th. Followed up several times and still no consult. BUT the "computer said i received one". However the receptionist can't see the notes. 😒 Seriously a waste of time and money. MOST DISHONEST PEOPLE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

Attorney Riggins is a very rare and refreshingly unique type of attorney. Prior to my consultation with Danialle I had never interacted with another professional that was as compassionate about helping people and solving their problems. I was well aware legal action was not something that would begin and end over night in ANY firm. With that being said, my legal matter was handled timely and with the utmost diligence by attorney Riggins and her staff!! Highly recommend Mrs. Riggins and Riggins Law Firm!!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Horrible customer service. NEVER answers calls or emails in a timely manner. She takes your money then goes M.I.A. Fails to stick to her word and fails to fix any impeding issues. HORRIBLE, unprofessional emails. Simple punctuation and grammatical errors.... none of which a legit, professional should be putting out. Lack of spell check should have been the first red flag, prior to writing her a check! RUNNNNNN!!!!

I have dealt with lawyers in my business, and have an uncle in law so very familiar with a good vs terrible lawyer. Also from NYC so used to a certain level of quality. This was my first time in Florida dealing with a lawyer who was highly recommended for my situation ( small landlord dispute). She charged me $500 to send a terrible letter on staples quality paper with a logo that looked like her kid made it. Usually quality paper and professional logo's go a long way coming from a highly trained lawyer. After that she never pursued anything she promised on consultation, would leave me hanging for weeks with no return of calls. Was never in the office. I'm thinking about suing her with a real NYC attorney to have a good laugh and expose her lack of good practices and performance. Honestly she should be a legal aide. If you want to win or make any professional appearance I would choose just about anyone else. The lawyers here in Florida are like C- students, up against a NY lawyer there is no comparison.Response to the response:I'm confused, that is the response from a "lawyer" who just had her card pulled and has no business even practicing law. Honestly I think I could destroy you in court personally. As mentioned above these are the facts and only the facts. I have dealt with multitudes of real lawyers and honestly I see you more as a legal secretary. There is zero communication, your letter's and logo look like something created on a cell phone by a teenager. Buyer BEWARE!!!!!!! Seriously, you see she can't even defend herself, how is she going to help you?

I paid $30 for a consultation. She was completely rude and talked down to me the entire time. I couldnt get a word out before she was yelling at me to not talk. I paid for advice and ended up with a 5 minute disrespectful waste of money. She gave me no helpful advice only disrespect. Don't waste your money.
