Mr. Rietsch forgot to see that my taxes were accepted, and failed to contact me at all, and promptly when they were not. It was not until over 6 months after the filing didn't go through that I received notice from the federal government. This was something that should have been simple, but instead was a very stressful experience for me, and I paid extra fines and fees for it. I mostly wished that he would have contacted me/ communicated with me better.
