This team was aysome!! I was turned away at several places I tried to get my glass replaced on a residential duel pain window, but Rice's took on the project and rocked it to perfection in just a few hours! If you need glass repair near Durham, shop no further. Rice Rocks!!

Rice's really seems to go the extra mile to help their customers. They replaced a car window and regulator for me this week after my car was vandalized. Everyone was helpful in getting me back on the road quickly. I felt they were honest and fair and I will highly recommend their services to others.

Replaced windshield on a honda civic. Job done quick and well. Cheaper than going through insurance and the national chain store, and no waiting for an appointment - i got fit in the same day, and it was done the same day.

Lynn and Billy came to the house from Rice's Glass Co. today and replaced the glass in several double hung windows, two fixed glass windows, and the fixed side of a sliding glass patio door. They also replaced the wheels on the sliding door, which had quit sliding. The guys did an fantastic job on everything, got it done quickly, and cleaned up so there was no mess left behind. Very nice guys and excellent workmanship!! Thank you!

Professional, courteous, and prompt. Amazing staff with extensive knowledge and skill. Called three different places who couldn’t replace my food truck window shield. Called them and they set an appointment and fixed the truck quickly. Also gave a very fair price! Now I don’t have to worry about finding somewhere who can make custom glass! Thank you!
