Overall Feedback:

The man that runs this business is just a plain crook. I manage my father‘s trust and was under the impression that we had to file yearly taxes. I asked this company to file taxes for the trust. For two years the man that runs this business pretended to prepare taxes for the trust, then come to find out trusts do not need to file taxes. I was informed by the state monitoring the trust that any and every tax preparer or accountant is fully aware of laws governing tax preparation and that trusts do not need to file taxes. For two years he charged $225 for a total of $550 to falsely prepare tax documents for a trust he knew did not need to file taxes. When I reached out to Rhoads as I was told to do by the state of Idaho to get a refund,all my attempts to address the situation were completely ignored and he refused to return my phone calls or emails. He completely took advantage of the situation which is just bad business. If you’re thinking about getting your taxes done by a man such as this,I would urge you to reconsider! What a fraud.
