We had Amy Fullerton with Resource One as our realtor. It was our first home buying experience and it was phenomenal!! She put in a lot of hard work to make sure we got everything we were looking for and to make sure our voices were heard during the whole process. I am so grateful and thankful we had Amy as our realtor.

AVOID. I had a horrible experience with Resource One Realty. Phone messages were not returned from the realtor and the whole experience cost me a large sum of money and time. Not recommended.

I will never trust Amanda Bohn for what she did to us. To tell you the truth I didn't even want to give the one star. It's going to be hard to even trust another realtor.

Diane was amazing to work with. She went all over the place with us showing us homes and always made us feel comfortable. Then when it actually came to writing offers and the transaction itself, she was on top of everything. She even did things for us the realtor on the house we were selling was supposed to do. I could not have asked her to do any more for us and she was wonderful the entire process.

Realtor Julie Loritz is professional, courteous and efficient. She went out her way to make it super easy and stressless for me to sell my home and close on time. She had great ideas and was always there to answer my questions. My house went on the market the middle of May and closed by July 2. Thank you Julie Loritz for an amazing outcome.

Nancy Kocken is fun to work with and is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate industry. As a home inspector I work with a lot of realtors on a daily basis and I would defiantly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

We purchased our home through them about 1 1/2 years ago. We were not happy with them. The biggest thing though was when the appraiser did the appraisal, Mike and Wendy asked her to re-do it because they thought it was too low. They were OUR realtors, not the seller's, and they did not ask us first. This was not in our best interest. We read the appraisal, looked at the nearby market, and actually thought it was spot on. We did not want it to be re-done for a higher amount!! We ended up going with it and paying more anyways because we liked the house, however, if we hadn't been lied to by the seller about the water issues and not told about a couple of other major issues, we never would have bought it at all. I really wanted to talk directly with the seller to ask questions, but realtors in general don't like you doing that and they did not want us to. :-( I would be hesitant to use RealtyOne again, especially Naomi Lightfoot (seller's realtor who we never actually met), Mike Lauder, or Wendy Hanson (realtors representing us).
