If you are in need of an expert in NY/NJ Employment/Labor Law, then look no further! Mr. Resnick helped me negotiate a settlement when I was illegally & illicitly wronged by a former employer and faced financial ruin. He always treated me with respect and kindness and yet was a profoundly staunch advocate; the perfect combination to make our adversaries respond -- and quickly -- to our demands. Btw, I knew of his outstanding reputation as a Litigator before I retained him and believe this fact greatly strenghtened my position in the matter.
