After insisting on acquiring information about a future tenant that I did not possess, April thought it appropriate to hang up on me mid-sentence. Rental Services, Inc. holds the title as the first professional organization to do so.

I hired Rental Services Inc. on the recommendation of a friend. They sent me some materials to screen potential tenants at my rental property. Unfortunately they got my name and some other information incorrect on the mailing. How can I trust them to effectively screen my tenants if they can't even get my info correct? I cut my losses and switched to TransUnion SmartMove which has a slick online interface (vs. RSI's paper forms and fax machines) and didn't look back until they sent me an email asking for a review. Sorry guys - you asked for it.

Jeff and the staff were extremely helpful. Their expertise helped me from educating me to assisting in every way possible. They saved me time and money which I appreciate. I highly recommend their service. I just read they are being confused with a different company. Please know that Rental Services, Inc. is the real deal; they charge a nominal fee which saves their customers significant time and money.

Rental Services has done a great job for me over many years. Their recommendations to rent or not rent have been spot on, the turn around time is quick, and I love the online application that I can send to tenants to apply and pay themselves all at once!

I have used Rental Services Inc. for years. This group of people are simply the best at what they do. Their screening assessments have been spot on. The have saved me so much time and money with their screening process. The staff has excellent customer service not just with me but with the prospective renter's they are screening.As a landlord I am not sure what I would do without them.
