Don't make early appointments before 9.30-9.45am as the Dr (Potluri) doesnt come to work on time in the mornings. Ive had 6 appointments here in the morning between 9am and 9.15am and have had to wait 20-45minutes every single time. Writing this review in the waiting room at 9.25am after arriving for a 9am appointment and being told the Dr wont be here for another 10 minutes. Very frustrating!

Very unpleasant experience from a member of staff (nurse) who was patronising and professionally rude. Was made to feel very be littled. Would not like visit here again!

I had been trying to get a appointment for 6 days ringing at 8 am, finally got through after a 50 minute wait only to be told that my appointment would be in two weeks time Total discussing service and receptionist are totally unhelpful ,this service gives Doctors a bad name.
