Working with Jim was an enjoyable experience. He was patient with us and our desire to look at a large variety of homes. Made himself available at all hours of the day, whether it be weekdays or weekends in order to accommodate our busy schedules. He was honest and very straightforward with us the whole way through our home-buying experience We were very impressed by how prompt he was at responding, and he was very pleasant to interact with.

He is patient (took over a year to find our perfect home), honest (he tells you if he doesn't know and follows up with finding out the answers), and he actually listens to you and your wants, he does not try to pressure you into anything. Jim was our there looking for us right away, he also was able to give us info about the people to talk to when we wanted to get our loan financed. We closed in a month and everything went as planned,We referred a friend of ours to him and he got that done quickly too,He is honest and dependable. I would use him in a heartbeat again
