We waited twice, all afternoon, for them to show up. The first time they did not call, and I reluctantly gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time they called at 1530 to tell me they were not able to show up. I would not go with them ever. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment only to be blown off, I will look elsewhere for repair. If I could I would give a 0 star rating.

I am very grateful for this company and I had a very pleasant experience with them. After calling two "other" screen companies and unsuccessfully getting assistance, I called Reliable and spoke to Chris who was super nice. We had a torn screen on one of our sliders that needed to get repaired before my daughter's birthday party this weekend. A couple of days later (would have been sooner but I wasn't available), Derek came to our house bright and early and got the screen fixed quickly. It looks great and their prices are super reasonable. I definitely recommend them and will for sure be using them again soon.

They recommended renovating my pool cage. After they took 13K of my deposit money, they reported they couldn't complete the job. They left the place in shambles and backed out of the job. Then they offered to build a new cage for 58K, but refused to apply a portion of the 13K to the new proposal. Very UN-reliable.

Absolutle Disgrace. Installed Screens Incorrectly. Refuse to Answer Calls. Refuse to Correct Problem. Leaving no choice but to file claims with The BBB, Angies List, & With The State...Including Damages to Property and Emotional Distress. We are Disabled and They Took Advantage. Erin...Who supposedly is the Owner..I Pray You Get Someone Here to Fix this. You Know Who We Are. And Sending a Bulldog To Threaten Us In Our Own Home as Well, Will Not Be Taken Lightly. You Should All Be Ashamed of Yourselves. All We did was Trust You, And Give You Our Hard Earned Money!!! I PRAY YOU SEND SOMEONE HERE TO CORRECT THE WRONGS...LIKE ANY HONEST COMPANY WOULD DO.

A Shame I Have To Give This Co. A Star Just To Give A Review! They Came And Did The Job, Fine. But Just A Few Weeks Later I Notice Screens Popping, Come To Find Out The Installer Only Did The Lengths, And Not The Cross Supports, Yes, Improper Instalation! (CUTTING CORNERS TO SAVE TIME) !!! So I Call To Have This Taken Care Of, And I Get A Rude Man, Walks Around My Inclosure, After I Point, Out The Issue, Poking The Screens With His Tape Measure And Says, "There Is Nothing We Can Do" And Bee Lines It Out Through My House, . THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE !!! Dear Future Clients, & Customers You Have Been Warned!

I had a complete tear down and rebuild of a pool screen enclosure. The original cost was more than I expected, but the final result was well above what it cost. They were the only company that would tackle this project, and I called and asked many. Living in Port Richey provides for extra difficulties for contractors. The project was 6 months in the making and 2 months in work. During the many visits, e-mails and phone calls to determine the scope of the work Erin and JR were great. They always answered my e-mails and returned my calls, I had many being a nervous home owner. From contract to completion there were many extra little things that we wanted done. You never know what you will find when you tear into someone else work. From painting all the walls (not just the ones built) too bracing the existing roof JR and his crew were the best. It was a pleasure working with them and they always made me fell important.
