I met Jim Lynch from Regional Personnel when I was transitioning back to the corporate world after consulting for a few years. This agency is like no other that I've worked with. Jim is fully vested in placing you in a company who's culture matches yours. He spends time to understand you and then makes recommendation on positions/companies that fits you. They don't churn through candidates to just put warm bodies in openings. Jim wants you to be successful and more importantly, happy in your new job.

My experience with Regional Personnel has been outstanding from the initial contact. It has been over a decade since I had a working relationship with a staffing agency so it felt amazing to be reassured that my best interest was Regional's main concern. Pam was my recruiter and she has shown genuine concern for my career and my overall well being.I have recommended Regional Personnel to two associates and will continue to do so. This is so true. It can be frustrating when looking for a job. When I was looking, I rarely heard back from companies after submitting my resume. I always tell people to follow up and send thank-you's but, in this day and age, job competition is a lot more cut throat than it used to be, & hiring managers don't feel the need to follow up or even contact people if they are no longer being considered for the job. I just think it's rude especially when you can send an email so quickly. So I say this and by being in contact with Regional this all went away. Pam I can not thank you enough for your personal touch and walking me though the entire process. This help has landed me a permanent position. Thank you Thank you....Kevin
