I have been coming to Refund Plan for years. The entire office is awesome and knowledgeable. Their service is commendable and accurate. I always recommend them friends and family. I just opened a business and they were able to walk me through my taxes, accounting and payroll obligation and filing schedules. Very helpful.

Great customer service but bad service, I been using them for my business since 2014 and also have minor issue with they service but keep going since the staffs were so nice. This time I when in gave them my statement for a financial report in November 2017 I called and called and keep getting the runaround it is now past the due date and have yet to received the information. Now I have to hired another company. I will never used them again

I have always been treated with the best service every time I go here. Everytime. They really take time to make sure all mymyy questions are answered. Even when I got in a little trouble with the IRS, they helped me all the way to make sure that the IRS did not charge me penalties. Thank you RefundPlan guys and especially Ms. Chandini.

I used couple of other accountants before I started at Raj's 3 years ago. Because my situation is a little bit tricky (I have to file tax return for 3 different states including NY and NJ), I was a little bit worried. But Raj's has been very professional, and everything goes very smooth. I am glad that I found them.

I have been using the services of RefundPlan from the past six years and i am quiet impressed with Raj Aggarwal's professionalism and sincerity. He works on taxes with a touch of smile and personal care explaining each and every entry in tax returns so that nothing is neglected or missed, and i believe he works with all of his clients the same way. I hope no body would have done this for me or my family but he went out of his way in helping me deciding which loan to choose for my new home. I emailed him all my loan documents to him he picked up the bulk work of generating excel sheets to explain in detail which loan suits better for my current situation and during this process i called him and emailed him many times he is prompt on responding to emails and regarding phone calls he was connected through the front desk or they would say he will call me back at a later time and he would call me back at later time or day. I can't thank Raj enough for his help and support.

I used to file my taxes here for nearly ten years. Then they helped me starting my own cleaning company two years ago. I file my business and personal taxes now. I also have 3 other employees who file taxes here. I went to Kenia who speaks English and Spanish and knows everything about filing taxes properly. She even helped me with an IRS audit letter and I did not have to pay anything more when the IRS send me a $4500 collection notice.I recommend to all my friends and family.

I do not recommend this place at all raj is very rude and rushy with everything . The ladies at the front are very rude and on top of that he tried to give me nothing back . This tax place is a down fall should be out of business .

had my taxes done professionally here; two years later the IRS indicates they were done wrong and requests a five digit payment. I'd have expected the preparation to be flawless as I'm a typical employee of a large company with a boring tax situation.edit: confirmed that yes, this is the business that prepared my taxes.
