Horrible. Went there to file taxes and sat down with a guy named Sean, he looked at my paperwork I had for like 1 second then started listing off the top of his head like 100 different documents he will need in order to do any work with me. So I figured yeah whatever maybe so, and went ahead and spent the next two days running all around Oklahoma to get everything. Once I had done all of the tasks he had asked me I went back and he sat me down with some foreign chic because he was about to take in another client,(I would've gladly waited). Anyways we sit down with this lady that couldn't even hardly understand and I give her all of the paperwork that Sean had requested. This is how it went down..Lady: Okay, so how do you plan on paying for our service? It would be a 300 something dollar payment up front plus a little application fee, or you can choose to have us take it from you taxes but that will be an additional like $60 fee.Me: Okay, I'll just go ahead and choose to just have you guys take it from the refund instead of having to come up off of the money right then and there.Lady: Okay, so you have the cash?Me: No, I said I'll go ahead and just go through with the process now and you take the money from the refund when it's sent like you had just explained.Lady: So how do you expect to pay for our service, our work isn't free? Then she went on more about if I had cash on me and what not(couldn't really understand what all else she was saying) other than she can't go on with any more information until she gets the cash.. Was a very big hassel. Thanks Liberty Tax!!! I'll see you again next year.

Sean is AMAZING!! We met him like 4 years ago when we lived in Edmond, Ok. We’re now back in MO but he has still been doing our taxes. We will NOT go to ANYONE else but him!! He knows his stuff inside and out. We trust him every year to do our taxes and help us with, and gain knowledge of our taxes year after year. We THANK YOU Sean & the rest of Reed’s Tax for always going the extra mile to help every individual from start to the finish! Being honest & explaining all of it to us! It’s so reassuring. We don’t have to fret when it’s tax time. We just send to Sean and he gets the job done!!!! I would recommend this company to ANYONE!! You will not be disappointed!!! ✅

I came in as a walk-in first time customer and was treated like I had been a lifetime client.I needed help with an amended return. I was given all the info I needed to do it myself because the issue I was having was a very simple and easily fixable. They didnt take advantage of me by charging me for something that I could easily do on my own. They even gave me the form and filled it out for me which was only 1 line along with my name. LOL!I recommend this Tax Service to everyone in Midwest City. They are honest and fair.
