The individual at reed who claimed they wanted to help didn't understand what a PDF was. I had to convert my CV to word for them as they wanted to change it. They promised they would be in touch about jobs they had in mind for me. Three weeks later after five chaser emails and three phone calls with empty promises of call backs and I've not heard anything. Since then I have had five interviews and gained employment with my appararent 'substandard' CV and without the assistance of reed. I'd give 0 stars if I could but you can't so they get one and my review. Don't bother with reed. Try someone like rthirteen who actively help.
