I can’t thank Alex Brown at Reed Global Southend, enough for taking the time to meet & promote me to her clients and also constantly keep me updated and built my confidence, because everyone needs an Alex to remind them that they are on the right path ;). Alex is a wonderful recruiter and a very rare commodity in the world of recruitment today which I must say it isn’t what it used to be :). Alex will definitely be my first call if I ever be in the position of changing my career ever again but ultimately I would always recommend her to businesses & candidates alike.She takes the time to meet you and guide you through in your journey of finding a new role at a time when most of us are quite nervous and vulnerable regardless of how experienced and skilled we are.Her professional manner and her encouragement makes this transition period very smooth and builds you with the confidence you need to pursue the right career choice for you.I was very impressed with Alex’s approach to recruitment after being contacted by numerous other local and London based agencies for which you are a just a number and a commission avenue.I’m convinced now that Reed‘s reputation is build on true success stories and I am one of them because I met Alex Brown at the start of my journey.
