Arx Corporate Finance used recruitment genius for hiring of both intern & senior level sales roles. We originated 100% of our final list for manager applicants via this platform, with 50% of intern starters being directed from Recruitment Genius also. Relatively high cost for a platform, but the results are worth every penny. Would have spent 2 or 3x this elsewhere. Happy to use again in future. Thanks Tim for your ongoing support.

The service didn't provide any suitable candidates and less than 5 CVs in over a week (over multiple job boards). One other job board we used provided plenty with 3 being interviewed. Customer service is good however they would not provide a refund on our 2nd credit which we did not want to use + didn't want in the first place.

We've been using Recruitment Genius for a couple of years now and have had huge success. The system is quick and easy to use and Callum is always on hand to help if you come across any issues.Unlike competitors, they're not too pushy with sales, which would put me massively off.

We used Recruitment Genius when fulfilling a full time position after other advertising attempts had failed. We found the fees charged were very competitive and the we had a lot of relevant response. We also worked closely with a member of their team who gave extremely good advice. We filled our vacancy within 2 weeks, 2 years on, that person is still with us and has become a very valued member of our team. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I asked Recruitment Genius to post for me a job hiring a new web developer for us at Star-Name-Registry.Michelle dealt with me very well and any concerns I had were all sorted out.We quickly found our person via the ad and since have been hired and are doing great for the company.The fee is very much worth what you get as all this advertising on all the different sites would cost us loads in comparison to what they charge, not mentioning the time involved too.Thanks for your help in finding a great candidate!
