Offered a payment arrangement they said no want the payment in full, which can't be afforded, so now going to court, so now getting charged for the court costs, which will result in another court hearing to set up a payment arrangement since the full cost can't be afforded so just added on expenses to get the result of the original phone call.

Southern Receivables do not deserve 1 star. From verifiable stories, I have heard very bad things about this company. These stories contain tactics that you that run very close to being ....... well?! I would not use this company whatsoever.The financial services Ombudsman should investigate their practices.
