As a US-based organisation with global operations, including the UK, one of the challenges we can be faced with is adapting our US policies to fit the UK environment and ensuring we are compliant with UK legislation.When we underwent a global restructuring programme, we recognised that we didn’t have the level of knowledge of UK Employment Law that we needed to guide us through the restructuring and resulting consultation exercise. The team at Reality HR aren't like many HR professionals. They take a much more pragmatic and business focused approach to everything HR related.They just get that the needs of the business and what you are trying to achieve needs to be the main aim. Don't get me wrong - they are great at all the services you'd expect from an outsourced HR consultancy - recruitment, grievance and disciplinary, all the legal stuff. I always feel they have my back. And frankly, as a business owner, you can't ask for more than that.
